What happens once an issue has been reported?
Public Works personnel are sent out to report or replace the bulb depending on who owns the street light. If repairs are needed, the proper party is notified to fix.
How long does it take?
ComEd owned lights can take 2-4 weeks and Village owned lights up to 2 weeks (weather permitting).
